Before switch ON UV Spectrophotometer, Prepare all the samples that you are going to analyze, frequent Switch ON/OFF D2 Lamp (firing of D2 Lamp) in-between 15 minutes should be avoided, as it would reduce the life of the lamp.
Therefore, if your sample comes for testing, once in fifteen minutes, keep D2 Lamp in ON condition. This would extend its life.
